Scavenger Hunt & Color Fight

While Mimi was in town, we planned a fun little adventure for the kids. Macklin and I were talking about "park-hopping" the week before. So we decided to get some goodies and hide "treasures" in different parks around Gypsum for the kids to dig up. We made six stops, including our finally.

And finally, in our last bags, we put colored powder left over from Mimi's recent Color Run. It was a fun moment watching the kids throw color at each other!

Mimi's Visit

Mimi came for a visit to help with Molly! It was a perfect time for catching up, planning future trips together, and of course, taking care of my growing family. Here are some of the highlights...

Welcome Mimi

She was supposed to arrive on her birthday but due to flight changes, she arrived the day after. We were ready with cupcakes, flowers and cards! 

Girl Day

Mimi took Macy for her first nail painting at a salon. We have painted her nails many times as home, but this was a special day. She loved it! Maybe a bad choice to start her this early, but it was fun! I told her that she had to sit still, and she did just that!

Spring Time

Who is this big girl and what happened to my baby??? Macy is full of spunk these days and is growing up! She enjoys imitating all of her "big girl" friends and telling me how to do things. 3 going on 15!

Photo documentation of our failed camping trip. With snow and rain all over Colorado, we had to cancel our plans. Nonetheless, we set up tents inside and everyone hit the hot tub! 

We had a successful MOPS Tea. Lots of great ladies (including Justin's mom) and great testimonies were shared by many lovely leaders! Jesus is moving in the lives of moms! We can't do this motherhood journey alone.
