Last night Macklin had the opportunity to ride in the Christmas on Broadway parade with his class. He was not excited about it, then he was, and then he wasn't. He kept changing his mind.
Then, he got it into his head that he wanted to be Moses. After explaining that Moses wasn't in the nativity scene, Macklin kept right on talking about the burning bush and became more excited about the float. For the record, he has way more fun watching the parade!
We helped the class decorate during the morning and then just showed up at the parade. The kids did a great job and looked super sweet up on the float.
I love the traditions that take place in our small towns of the valley!
