Halloween 2014

The kids discovered a great night light!

Halloween started with some Trick or Treating at the library.

Macklin also had his Community Helpers party at preschool today. Macklin dressed as a SWAT guy and they are always gracious to let Macy join in the fun!

Time for Pumpkin Carving

Note: This was the first year that I tried using the drill on my pumpkin to get the desired holes (I copied my team's shirt design from this year). It took a bit but it was a fun process!

Baxter Love

Macy's Busted Head - Almost took her to get stitches, but decided against it. She feel head-first into our outdoor electrical outlet on the front porch while trying to get her bike out. She was such a trooper….now for the scar to head to heal up!

Silly Macy - Macy is all about the silly faces, and now the silly hair! She wanted to match her Cabbage Patch Doll she is holding.

Moab - Fall 2014

the Bangtson family, Chris and Nicole, Mark, the Baker family, the Brandt family, Hailee and Ernest

Another great trip is now a memory from Moab. We try to get to Moab every fall and spring with our good friends. We really enjoy camping, biking, hiking and exploring with friends. Times have changed since having kids - that is for sure. But it doesn't make me want to travel any less. It is very well worth the four hours of driving to get there. Macklin and Macy look forward to it now as well! They know the desert sand means lots of fun playing!

Girls on the Run
We took off for a run early one morning. It was so refreshing to run with women that just enjoy running. No whining, no complaining, no egos - just having fun, enjoying God's creation with good friends. This little run was one of the highlights of my weekend!
