My brother Kevin and his friend Jeff came to visit for a few days. They got in Saturday night (after some crazy events during their travels across Kansas) and will leave us in the morning. We had some fun adventures while they were here though!
Macklin got to hang out and read with Uncle Kevin and we even did some finger painting!
On Sunday, the boys (Jeff, Justin, and Kevin) went off to ski at Vail while we stayed at home. But on Monday, Jeff and Kevin went to Beaver Creek to ski so Macklin, Daniel and I went to have lunch with them!
After Mondays day of skiing, we had a high school friend come to hang out with Macklin and the 5 of us took off to The Dish in Edwards. It is always a fun place to eat as the menu changes every couple of weeks and it is totally unique!
Tuesday we stayed busy through nap time by skinning up Beaver Creek in the morning (just me and Kev) and then taking Macklin to Tumble Tots at the Gyspum Rec Center. Let's just say that nap time was a quiet time around the Brandts after a 5am wake up! Tonight we went over to the high school to watch Justin's team play their first regular season game (they won huge!) and then relaxed at home.
