And we're off! We left yesterday for our journey to the midwest. We can't wait to introduce Macklin to all of our friends and family. We had a surprisingly great trip from Gypsum to Kansas City, MO to end at the Peaks house. We just love the genuine-ness and love that comes from this family. They are always a joy to see and it was wonderful to have Macklin and Jack together for the first time! Kirstin made us an awesome breakfast and Liz and Ben Bohannan came over as well. This day couldn't get any better! I am so glad that Justin made such great relationships during his time leading Young Life in Mid-Missouri in college.
To add to all the fun we were already having...Liz let me try on her Sseko sandals....I must buy some. Check these out! Buy sandals and send girls to college in Africa....sweet deal!
