The Young Life 50 Mile Ride was Saturday and Justin, yes only Justin, had a great time. For the first time in the short history of the ride (4 years), I decided it would be best for me not to go. After a great week in Longmont, I decided the kids needed a little normalcy and we stayed home and played. After I took Mack and Macy for a run (40 minutes) and Mack decided he needed to get out of the stroller half way through my run, my decision to for-go the 5 hour ride was confirmed. Good choice! Maybe we will think about it again next year. Justin did have a great time and the kids raised over $4000 in sponsorships!
